Objective of the Right to Information (RTI)
           The Right to Information (RTI aims to promote transparency and accountability in government functioning. By granting citizens the legal right to access information held by public authorities, RTI aims to empower people, curb corruption, and enhance the democratic process. It facilitates informed citizen participation in governance, ensuring that decisions are made transparently and that public resources are used effectively. RTI also serves as a tool for social justice, enabling marginalized communities to seek information that impacts their lives, thereby fostering a more inclusive and responsive government.
