The Central Library of Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah (U.P) was established in the year 2006 within the Administrative Block of the University. The present dedicated Central Library building was constructed in 2008. The library functions across the Ground Floor and First Floor, both of which are fully air-conditioned and designed to provide a comfortable and conducive learning environment.

The Central Library offers a wide range of information resources and services to support teaching, learning, research and clinical practice. It caters to the academic needs of students, faculty members, researchers, and staff by providing access to a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, online databases, tutorials, and well-equipped study spaces.

The library has adopted advanced information retrieval systems and provides online access to high-quality medical information resources, including DELNET (DEVELOPING LIBRARY NETWORK), ONOS (ONE NATION ONE SUBSCRIPTION) which offers comprehensive full-text and bibliographic databases, journals, e-books etc. which are essential for medical and clinical research.

Apart from the central library this university has well-established following libraries as listed below to support various academic information needs:

• The Nursing Library, established in 2012, serves the nursing faculty and students.
• The Paramedical Library, established in 2014 supports paramedical education.
• The Pharmacy Library, established in 2015 provides resources for pharmaceutical studies and research.
