It gives me a great pleasure to become a part of Nursing College, UP RIMS &R Saifai Etawah, which is a dream project of our Honorable former Chief Minister Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav. The nursing College UP RIMS &R was started in the year 2012 -13 serve the needy and the weaker section in the society. It is purely aided college controlled by Uttar Pradesh Government and academically affiliated to Chhatrapati ShahuJi Maharaj University Kanpur and U.P Nurses and Midwives Council Lucknow and recognized by Indian Nurses Council New Delhi. Initially, the courses offered are B.Sc Nursing, GNM and ANM. The primary objective of the college is to provide and promote education and research in the field of nursing. The main aim of the college is to prepare nurses to meet the great challenges of service in the field of nursing. The college believes in a system of education that suits with the dynamic educational patterns of the country to meet the needs of the society. We the faculty of the Nursing College believe that nursing is a services of which relates to whole person through ministry of caring and nurturing. We also believe that nurses prepared from this college will be able to take responsibilities and meet challenges by providing excellence of comprehensive nursing care.
We strongly believe that the nursing students are responsible and accountable for quality nursing practice thus they need to be appropriately trained, oriented and directly supervised by qualified and experienced faculty.
